I keep meaning to post a photo of something we've made so far from the book, but we all devour it so fast, by the time I remember, it is half gone! My favorite so far is the vegan quesadilla's. Oh YUM. ALL of us have had it for lunch the last TWO days!
Even if you just want to add a few more healthy, yummy meals to your repertoire - you won't be disappointed. Think about it, if you aim for one new recipe a week, in 3 months, your diet can be very transformed.
