
I didn't drop off the planet - really. We had a year with a cross-country move, a parent that almost passed, broken bones - oy! Anyway, not much blogging last year.
This year I'm back and working on a new vegetarian book/project/"starter kit" with my good friend. We hope to be doing some video blogs on more than just recipes but also on our own journeys and on compassionate living.
Here's my newest favorite afternoon snack
1 T organic peanut butter
1T chili paste
1T vinegar
water to desired consistancy
Easy breezy - mix them all up in a bowl and serve with your favorite crunchy vegetable. My favorite has to be either carrots or snow peas. :D
