These are a really tasty, crunchy guilt free, high protein treat!
1 can of garbanzo's -drained and patted dry
1-2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
favorite spices
Drain the garbanzo's well, and then toss with enough oil to coat and sprinkle with spices. Spread the garbanzo's on a baking sheet (or iron skillet for a soy-nut like consistancy), and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir midway through the cooking time. It will take a good bit of spice on the beans as garbanzo's will soak up the seasoning. Without enough spice they will taste bland, with enough they are delish!
