I LOVE these - they are TOO easy and shamefully delicious!!
1 can garbanzo's - drained
1 can diced tomatoes with juice
1 Tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1 Tablespoon tahini
pinch of cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 servings of basmati Rice - cooked
Mix 'butters', tomatoes and garbanzo's and spices in pan. Heat and simmer about 5 minutes. Make sure liquids do not boil out. Serve over rice.
