Miss Buffalo wings?? Try buffalo tempah!
Cut tempah into six 1/4" slices
Put slices in bowl with 3T hot sauce. Stir well until they are coated. Let them marinate at least 30 min.
Melt vegan margarine in pan and pan fry tempah until golden brown. Eat as is or serve in a sandwich or with some hot dipping sauce.
