2 burrito shells each cut in half to make four
1 granny smith apple, peeled and cubed
1t sugar
1 packet sweet and low
1t cinnamon
Karo syrup to seal shells
oil for frying
Distribute cubed apples and spices evenly between all four shells
Roll up tightly and seal ends with syrup.
Fry in oil over medium - medium high heat, turning so all sides become golden brown. Delish!!
